Shipping and Returns
Our products are shipped from our locations in Los Angeles or our Warehouse in Hong Kong. All orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days. Estimated delivery is between 7 to 14 business days depending on location and weather conditions.
All tracking information will be e-mailed to you directly once your order has been processed and shipped.
30 days guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with any of your products – we are offering you a 30 day guarantee on all purchases. Simply send the item(s) back to us for a full refund or replacement, less S&H. To be eligible for a return and full refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please contact us for refund or replacement request. To complete your return, please send email to support@PestsBlocker.com. We require that you include a note with the following information:
- Full Name
- Email address used to purchase your order
- Order Number
We will provide the RMA number and the instruction to return the items to you.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 – 10 business days. If for some reason your return arrives in unacceptable condition, we will notify you by email that your return was rejected.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@PestsBlocker.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@PestsBlocker.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
